A Night in Havana
Pit-roasted pig is the traditional centerpiece of a Cuban Nochebuena, or Christmas Eve supper. Whole young pigs that have been marinating overnight in tangy mojo, a garlic and sour orange marinade flavored with cumin and oregano.
We use a traditional La Caja China (Cuban Roasting Box) to roast a pig that your whole party will be talking about for years to come!
Side options include Moros y Cristianos (Cuban black beans and rice), Pan Medianoche (sweet bread rolls), Plátanos Dulce (sweet plaintains with rum and brown sugar.)

Da Fine Print
Meal includes 1 entrée, 1-2 side dish (depending on choices), 1 bread, beverage, paper plates, cups, napkins & utensils (as needed.) Additional sides, beverages, and desserts may be added to the base menu for an additional fee.
Per our “Personal Chef” status, the State of Oregon requires that there must be a residential kitchen onsite, and that we use that facility to prepare the meal. If the kitchen is not onsite, the client is free to transport the prepared food anywhere they like, once it’s prepared and packaged in their kitchen.
Gratuities are not included in menu pricing, and are not required…but if you love the food (and you will) we never turn down a tip!









These guys can cook, and not just “man” food. Their presentation is always inviting and makes us ladies feel pampered as well. Give ‘em a try. You won’t be disappointed–just the opposite.
We hired these guys for 3 dinners at our camp this year. They were a huge hit. Their prices are very reasonable and the food is awesome! At our camps we put a premium on food and these guys exceeded expections.
I can personally vouch for the cooking from all three of these guys. Good stuff… getting hungry just thinking about it. These guys are “crowd pleasers” with their cooking: whether it’s a wedding reception or a high school football team dinner, folks are generally raving about the food when they are done.
Be sure to ask Terry to put together one of his recent creations, a Fudge/Brownie cake with Peanut Butter Creme frosting…. my goodness!
My mouth waters at the thought of their food! I have eaten many meals that Perry’s gifted hands have prepared and have loved each one of them as if each bite was manna from heaven. Legend is that his mother dipped those blessed hands in a vat of BBQ sauce while he was yet a babe and on that monumental day his destiny as a BBQ Master was born!! Pigs bow to him, women covet his recipes, grown men weep at the sight of the last portion, and PETA cringes at the mere mention of his name!
Seriously, the food is AWESOME!!! I wasn’t kidding about my mouth watering. You won’t regret hiring them for any occasion.
Burnin’ Love BBQ is our go-to caterer for our students. They are reasonably priced, give great service, and most importantly, the food is out of this world! Perry and his crew do a great job. They handle everything from whole pig roasts to brisket, pulled pork, and the standard dogs and burgers. Our students always enjoy when Burnin’ Love is cooking!
I had them cook a brisket las August for my 40th BDay and it was the best I’ve ever had, even in Texas!
We had these fine gentlemen cater at the wedding for our daughter, words can’t begin to describe how “AWESOME” it was, my daughter’s father-in-law went back 3 times it was so good…I would recommend their service to anyone looking for excellent food at a reasonable price. Thanks again guys!
